ULTRA PETITA Journal is a journal that publishes writings on Government Law, particularly in the field of Constitutional Law. Constitutional Law is a sub-specialization of Legal Science as part of the branch of Public Law. This journal takes its name from one of the principles that characterizes the study of Constitutional Law, namely "Ultra Petita," which means that a judge (in this case, the Constitutional Judge who is centralized in the Constitutional Court institution) can decide beyond what is requested by the public seeking justice in applications for the conduct of Judicial Review activity.

The advantages of our journal are as follows:

1. Categorization of specific themes published each semester

2. High editing quality includes improvement of English, management of typos that prioritizes the convenience of reading

3. Tidiness is prioritized by using a uniform Template and no truncated paragraphs and sentences (new pages, new paragraphs / sentences) so as to provide a more comfortable experience for readers

4. Supported by tools, advanced management, and OJS theme that makes it easier for search engines to index manuscripts, light and responsive and easy to navigate

5. Happy reading!
